Refund Policy

LOCAL PICK UP & DELIVERY

We are always happy to arrange local pick up or delivery on your orders in and around Malaysia. 

At the moment, we have one pick up point, location is:

Tun Maharajalela Road,
Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia

Pick up is available within 48 hours after order placed. We will contact you once you place order and request for pick up serivce. Any queries please drop and email to loomenlights@gmail.com

SHIPPING

Order before 5pm will arrange to ship from us within 2 days (not including Saturday and Sunday). example: If you successfully place order and make payment on Monday 4.59pm, we will arrange delivery latest on Wednesday.

Order after 5pm will arrange to ship from us within 3 days (not including Saturday and Sunday). example: If you successfully place order and make payment on Monday 5.01pm, we will arrange delivery latest on Thursday.

You will receive an email confirming your order directly after order placement. You will receive another email confirming shipment with tracking information. All shipping and handling charges are calculated using a weight-based system. LOOMEN LIGHTS is not responsible for any delay of shipment cause by courier company.

RETURN

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, we apologize that we are not able to offer returns or refunds.

If you receive a package and your item is damaged or in need of repair please email us directly loomenlights@gmail.com. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for shipping products back to LOOMEN LIGHTS. Please email us shipping information at loomenlights@gmail.com if you decide to return a product and we will keep an eye out for your shipment. 

*please take note any free gift from Loomen Lights is not eligible for refund or return if you don't like it or damage during shipping progress.

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

Our shop rotates its stock every one to two months. If you would like to purchase the items that are sold out, you may drop us an email at loomenlights@gmail.com. We will update you estimated time of stock arrival.
